CCCM CLUSTER UKRAINE


The overall objective of the CCCM Cluster in Ukraine is to ensure a coordinated multi-sectoral response for the protection of internally displaced people residing in communal settings, improving their quality of life and dignity during displacement, while advocating for transitional and durable solutions. The Cluster will work on ensuring that needs of communities (displaced and hosting alike) are at the center of the response, while minimum CCCM and SPHERE standards are met, and local capacity is developed.

Головна ціль кластеру CCCM в Україні полягає у забезпеченні кращої координації між відомствами задля захисту ВПО, які перебувають у місцях компактного проживання. Зокрема, покращення умов їхнього життя на цей період, і у той же час просування більш ефективних тимчасових і довгострокових рішень проблеми. Кластер працює над тим, щоб потреби громад (як ВПО, так і тих, які їх приймають) були завжди в центрі уваги, поки рівень відповідності стандартам CCCM та SPHERE лишається низьким, і допоки спроможності на місцевому рівні не стануть кращими.
